  Pizza came quick and latoya was kind and professional. Did a phenomenal job felt bad she was delivering in the rain. But she had a wonderful smile even in the rain.

  We Called ahead and ordered our pizza so it would be ready whenever we arrived to dine in. We arrived and sat there for 15 minutes until they brought the pizza out. It was in a box and barely warm. The restaurant had the air conditioning so cold, you had to wear a jacket inside. (Somewhere around 65°). I asked the cashier if she could make it a little warmer inside and she said the temperature was controlled by corporate. I walked back to our seat and heard a male voice from the kitchen. Say “if he’s cold, let him go outside.”. The lady working the front was Handling all of the phone calls, all of the walk-ins, all of the drive-through‘s and us because we were the only ones sitting in the dining room. All of the walk-ins were placing orders and waiting to take their pizza home. Here in GEORGETOWN, SC we have many options for Pizza… Good pizza too! This is a common occurrence with this restaurant… Not much help in the dining room and the air conditioner is always so uncomfortably cold. You have to wear a jacket inside. I will go somewhere else where the customer is valued… Not just the guys in the kitchen.

  Me and husband went for a late lunch on 12/19/25. The waitress told us where to sit and gave us a menu and never came to get our order. There was no one there besides us so it wasn't busy. so about 15 minutes we got up and left. I never make complaints but this was an awful experience.

  Been there a couple of times. Did carryout both times. Always nice customer service and the food is good too!

  If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered on the app. Stated order will be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes. App said order was ready. Pulled up at drive-thru & employee said it was coming out the oven. 22 minutes after she said that, I got my order! Then, the order was wrong! I spent my whole lunchtime waiting at the drive-thru on an order that was wrong!!! Plus, I wasted $12 on lunch I couldn't eat until I got off work! And the employee deliberately lied 😡 Domino's or Famous Pizza from now on.
