  Whatever you do, do NOT let the drive through people tell you to park and they’ll bring it out. You’ll sit there for 30 minutes while a whole line of cars get served

  I went through drive thru and got a grilled chicken salad with the homemade ranch dressing. The salad was so fresh. The chicken was very juicy not dry at all. The salad was great! Keep up the great work of serving Georgetown.

  I have been going to Bojangles across the southeast since I was three years old. This Bojangles specifically is the best one that I have ever been to. The people who work here are great and I had an experience today that I just had to call out. Sharie the cashier was wonderful. She was treating the people in there like family and just had an overall great vibe and personality. Keep up the great work guys!

  Very smooth transaction. Ordered the country ham biscuit and it was actually very good. The biscuit was fresh and soft and warm and the country ham wasn't overcooked. Speedy service time and friendly cashier. All around pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

  Why cant they hire people who will get orders right..and do as requested? I use the drive thru..so I'm guessing they just figure, give them what ever WE want them to have... Orders are constantly wrong OR not as requested! Yesterday, ordered their biscuit special..2 ham for $5.00... that was my order & what I paid for. Got down the road, opened bag..1 ham, 1 plain biscuit...No ham!.. Had to go back (again), go inside.. to get order right.. and to top it off, not one apology for my (huge) inconveneince... Our prior order was also wrong, asked for xtra tartar sauce on fish... got home, 1 little dip, not even a teaspoon which had just soaked into the bread leaving a nickle size spot.. they don't care about what their customer wants...thus these reasons why I seldom go there... You are losing business.. train your people to provide what the customer orders..and rightful courteousness..
