We were driving cross country and my husband called this Pizza Hut to order a pizza to go. He went in and the girl at the counter(she was just at the counter, she wasn’t working) told him his pizza wasn’t ready. They will put it in now. He told he had ordered and payed for it 41 minutes ago. She said that they were busy. He said forget it and she asked if he wanted a refund. She couldn’t figure it out so some one else tried. They couldn’t figure it out. He said forget it and went to the KFC next door where the “busy” counter girl from Pizza Hut was complaining to her friend about the guy that was yelling. Jobs are really valuable and people should give good customer service or be fired.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. You’ll still have to wait longer like an extra 25 minutes from what the ready time is given to you. It’s probably best walking in placing your order than doing Online ordering.
