    This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I recently started working in the area and have visited this location twice—this will be my last visit. Every vehicle is asked to pull forward, regardless of what is ordered. The woman taking orders has a very poor attitude and speaks to customers in a rude, demanding manner. On my first visit, I asked for spicy nuggets and was told there would be a five-minute wait, so I changed my order to regular nuggets. After paying, I was still asked to pull forward. This location clearly has serious management issues. It’s hard to understand why every car is being pulled up during the lunch rush around noon, a time when high volume should be expected and properly prepared for.

    They always ask you to pull forward past the window to wait, and then they forgot you're there waiting. Happens every single time I come here.

    This place is very unpleasant and unprofessional the night shift manager KIM is very rude with a nasty attitude she refused to refund my money after me waiting 20 long minutes for my order that she messed up
