It really doesn't make much sense. Double Checking is part of customer service. You guys dont some to do well with that either. My advice is to put your best foot forward with any job you guys get in life man. It is theft to not give someone something they paid for and you fast food dinner crews get away with it every night. Really wish we could do a mass lawsuit as a nation on the fast food industry for taking so much money through out the year without rendering an actual service or product.

- TATamra AshleyDec 19, 20251.0I hate to go in there as a customer and as a DoorDasher! They are all so rude! The night shift manager Stepheon especially. I've heard him calling female employees ugly in front of a dining room full of people. On a different occasion I stood directly in front of the register for several minutes and no one came to help me. Finally the "manager" Stepheon came up looked me in the eyes didn't say a word to me and typed something on the register and walked away. I said excuse me sir and he kept walking and acted like he didn't hear me but I was plenty loud. I always have the hardest time getting someone to ring me up or even acknowledge I'm there. The food is good but the service is horrible! I would be ashamed to know my employees (especially managers) were treating customers this way.

Priorities need to be reevaluated

The service was extremely slow, the food was inedible, my strawberry lemonade tasted like it was spoiled and the Frosty that we got was more milk than it was frosty. I do not live in the area nor would I want this particular location to make it right for me, I will be contacting corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable I could have had a better experience eating out of the trash.
