  We decided to stop in for lunch while shopping at the outlet and I must say the service and Food was great. The server had a lot tables to attend to so he did the best he could to make sure everyone and everything was taken care. We will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you

  I do not have pics geez We went for Late dinner on Friday night , the waitress ruined our night : she was fast with drinks ok . Ordered the bloomin onion to start : delicious and hot can complain . Ordered the 3– Aussie meals that includes a meat 2 sides and dessert I did the 6 oz Canberra steak with sparagus with house salad My husband the 1/2 ribs with fries a ceasar salad and his dessert ( chocolate chip cookie skillet ) Well , we started fast with our salads And the silverware ???? The waitress never gave us silverware since we ordered drinks/ salad and took a while For her to bring them to our table including straws . ( can’t complain they were yummy . Hours to bring us our meals!! The place wasn’t even that packed on a Friday night it was like 7:30-8 pm? More than 30 mins to get our food and bum!!! Came wrong His ribs with my asparagus And my steak with his fries Oh well we Just switched ! The ketchup ? She never offered us and my husband asked for it and she never brought it , ok no biggie Can’t complain about my steak is was yummy well, cooked as I ordered , hot an. My asparagus too. My husband didn’t like His ribs he said they were cold and chewy She offered more drinks at least and never remembered about the ketchup she was just talking and talking to a table beside us and very distracted with us We finished she brought the check and she said we could pay on the tablet on our table And do the survey and if we could help her with good aids for her lol And she never said or brought us our desserts !! My husband asked her hey are you bringing our desserts? Bc you gave us the check already Oh yes I forgot They came fast At least they were yummy my plain NY cheesecake and my husbands yummmy chocolate chip cookie skillet right and hot and yummy We will never come back to an outback at least maybe just for bloomin onion and drinks in a date night

  Fresh cooked food the nicest customer service ever . The young lady who brought us our food was friendly eager to help and if all workers was like her everything would be awesome

  Party of 6 friends & family went for dinner. We were seated and waited, and waited, and waited. Noone came to greet or offer drinks. After 15 mins we asked a server, who said she'd find out who our server was. Many minutes later asked someone else, who also said they'd find out who our server was. After watching every who came in after us get drinks, then appetizers, and finally entrees, we left. Over 30 minutes at our table, with no one coming to greet us we went to Cracker Barrel for a feast, we were starving!

  We decided to come to this outback last night we haven't been to it in a few years cuz the last time was horrible well we should have learned the first time smh are waitress didn't give a crap she actually helped the people that came in after us more than us we had 3 little kids with us their patience were running thin a lady gave them a coloring sheet but nun to color with n one of our kids was in a disability stroller he's autistic they sat us close to the kitchen door n the middle of the floor where its heavy traffic they had other tables. We ended up filling up on appetizer cuz the food took so long when it finally came out it was bland very salty and I asked for medium to almost well and it came out running with blood so raw and I don't like to complain but I had to say something cuz I couldn't eat it we didn't ask for a manager we just nicely told the waitress but I guess the waitress didn't want to deal with it so she asked for him to handle it but of course it took forever to bring the second steak when they did it was the same thing running with blood and raw so at this point we gave up I was fed up and I went to the car with the kids my husband dealt with the situation this place it's a mess and not good and everyone working there does not give a crap about their job u or your food nothing and they all walk around constantly pulling their phones out.
