  My steak was a little spicy, but not horrible. If you dont like spicy, make sure you tell them.

  Did an online check in for a table wait time while we shopped in the Nike store right next to it. Waited 30 mins & then went into outback and told them our name & was told it would be a additional 35 mins. We waited awhile & there were people coming in after us that were being seated. We ended up waiting 45 mins on a table for 2. It was not packed at the time as there lots of open tables as we were waiting that were clean. Once seated the bar tender is who was taking our order, which was fine. But it took forever to get drinks, we had to ask for our "bread & butter" & we even had to ask for utensils to eat with. People beside us had similar issues but alot worse. Just to say the food was decent, service was awful & the place was dirty. Probably will not be going back to this outback ever again!

  I ordered a cup of potato soup and it was cold. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and it had a lot of salt and pepper. The server was slow and never removed any plate from the table. My husband order sparkling water and they gave him regular water. When we walk through the restaurant to leave the place, there were 4 employees at the house table talking to each other and none of them said thank you for coming or even bye.

  As a business owner I am hesitant on leaving bad reviews, however this place was the icing on the cake. I don't even know where to start. We sat at the bar, there was no bar tender, no draft beer, and cartoons on the TV. After getting the worst Bloody Mary's we have ever had we ordered our food. My wife's came out luke warm and then we had no silverware. Finally went to the front to get silverware on my own and 10 minutes later I still had no food. After awhile with our drinks empty they admitted they forgot my food. At this point there was nothing left to do but pay $20 for horrible drinks and leave. Should have walked out without paying but didn't want to get in trouble. A waste of time and money. Don't go here, I should have read the reviews first.

  This was our first visit in quite sometime to the Gaffney location. Our server, Micah was absolutely outstanding! We all ordered the Alice Springs Chicken and an appetizer with everything being prepared and served to perfection. Thank you Gaffney team for and awesome dining experience and special thanks to Micah for the excellent service!
