Several items had to be remade for guests ahead of me. They tried to hand me an ice cream cone that wasn’t set well enough to stand up in the cone. A manager said she’d make another, but went to help someone else before doing so. It took about 20 minutes AFTER placing my order to get ONE fish sandwich combo and a vanilla cone. They either need to reevaluate their process or try to get some extra help. It felt incredibly disorganized and the manager seemed to be having to help EVERY STATION in the back.
