When mentioned to the girl at the window said, "Oh they must have fell out of their wrappers, have a nice day!! Both biscuits just happened to come out of the wrapper? We had ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits. The biscuit was burnt and the eggs were scorched. I think you need new employees who knows how to do something right
