  This store has lately been going down hill. I’m not sure exactly what has happened lately. Sunday March 8th 8:45pm. I placed an order for 4 meat & 3 boxes. 1 fish and 3 roast beef sandwiches along with curly fries is what was supposed to be in those said boxes… I’m told it’ll be 30 minutes for roast beef. I ask for chicken to replace the roast beef. Finally get the food. She calls out fish sandwich. So our order is finally out. There are no curly fries in the bag. I ask for curly fries. Apparently there are none. The lady with glasses and different colored hair(white) says idk why we keep running out of things. I’m trying to figure it out. Is what I am told. So. I also have to ask for the drinks that go with those boxes. There is no tea. The tray were the drinks poor out is disgusting. I got offered a drink tray though. There are no lids for our drinks. Horrible experience tonight. This place usually has no flaws but it is deplorable tonight.

  We were asked to pull up and they would bring out our food because they were waiting on the fries. When food was brought out to us 5 min later, fries were cold and tasted like dead fish. The roast beef sandwich was cold and tasted stale. Done!!!! Will not be going back!!!

  Waiting 40 minutes for one simple sandwich is insane. It’s just meat and cheese - not a five-course meal. This place seriously needs better staff and management.

  They were out of eggs and all chicken products. They were also out of curly fries. When I asked why, I was simply told they'd been out of these items for weeks. But what they did have was delicious (roast beef classic and double). The sweet tea was not sweet, however. The Hi-C was great! The restaurant was clean.

  girl at drive through at 4:37pm today refused to give me more then 4 arbys packets. I offered to pay for more she said she didnt know how to ring it up even though on the receipt she rang up 11 arbys packets. I went back in to ask for more or pay she said no unless I order another sandwich. she also said I can go buy sauce at Walmart. lol 😆 She needs to be fired. so right now I am buying another sandwich so I can get more sauce packets lol. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.
