  Fix the drive-up process!!! We were so excited for this location to implement the drive-up pickup, until the last few weeks where it went wrong. On multiple occasions my husband sat there waiting for almost an hour before the staff would bring out the groceries, even after calling and going inside to request them. We followed the notification process on the app, so there is no reason to confirm you’re there and it take staff an hour to bring out the groceries that were supposedly ready. It’s so sad because at this point it would’ve been faster to drive to a different location or go inside and shop. I’d rather support the local businesses in Fountain Inn. I really hope they fix this issue quickly.

  Food Lion Ft Inn is clean and stocked well. Anytime I have had a question, the employees have been friendly and happy to help. They have good sale prices, and I also use their app to save a little more with their coupons and the Shop & Earn feature.
