I've been to this location 3 times since it opened and not a good experience yet! Once, ok, it's new...no big deal. Twice, what's going on? THREE, management needs an overhaul or better training. Always having extended waiting for items ordered is poor preparation and time management. Why on earth does a person need to wait nearly 20 minutes for a coffee during breakfast time that never gets made because "the machine is heating up" RIDICULOUS! I usually don't review places that are less favorable unless its outrageously bad but management, GET IT TOGETHER! No wonder its hardly ever a line waiting like other Wendy's we've patronized.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My food was cold and nasty. The little guy at window that took my order was nasty and rude. When they first open a lady took my order and she was nasty and rude. She was yelling a little lady because she didnt put ketchup in my bag. These people have nasty attitudes at this place. For this to be a place that just opened up a couple months ago they are sorry and nasty. They will never get my money again. I will drive all the way to simpsonville if I want eat at another wendys before I give this place my money again!!!!! AT LEAST MY FOOD WILL BE HOT AND FRESH!!!!

Spent over 45$ on food that I could not eat. all of my sandwiches buns were so hard I didn't even want to eat them someone had to put those together knowing that they were stale and should not be consumed so no way to trust the rest of the food, all the nuggets for my kids meal were burnt or had been sitting for some time, will not be going here again and sad, I was excited that there were more restaurants coming to fountain inn but still have to drive else where to get food I don't have to be afraid of getting sick from

I don't understand why people have given this location such bad reviews. They've barely been open. There are kinks to work out.
I visited the drive thru today, and it was fast, the service was friendly enough, and most importantly, my order was good and correct. I usually hate Wendy's fries because they're cold and/or soggy, but these were fresh and crispy! I got nuggets as well, and the batter was nice and crispy on those as well. The only issue I had was trying to turn left out of the parking lot! I don't recommend it.
