Currently sitting in their drive thru pickup lane writing this review from their "if you have a spare moment, write a review" sign. Too bad I already paid or I'd just go get it somewhere else. If you're having trouble keeping up with orders at least update the ETA in the app. If I wanted to wait this long for pizza, I'd go somewhere with better pizza.

- FPFay PetersOct 11, 20251.0I’ve been a regular at this place for a long time now, and the current GM is running it into the ground. Every time I see him interact with the employees, they look really uncomfortable, and I’ve even had a couple instances where he’s been a total jerk. I’ve been waiting for my pizza and had to watch him race his employees to the window or register just for a tip, as if he needs it more than someone working near minimum wage. I’ve even seen him talk to non-white customers in a very off-putting way. There’s never enough drivers on any given night and my delivery orders almost always get sent to DoorDash. Whenever I actually get a Pizza Hut driver, it’s either an absolutely delightful Hispanic woman or a charismatic blonde guy. Any other drivers they send out are usually only seen once before I just never see them again. When I actually go inside, I breathe a sigh of relief when the manager on duty is anyone but Ruben. I sincerely hope he switches up his attitude.

They showed back up a little while later with the whole first order redone! So that was super awesome of them!

I went to the car to check my food and was provided the wrong order so i took it back in to let her know and i put emphasis on the fact that i opened each box to check it so she would know that someone's food was exposed. At that time i watched her put the food back in the warmer and handed me my food. Very unsanitary to still give the customer food that was opened by someone else outside the establishment.
