  In my 35 years I’ve never had a pizza with so little sauce. All the manager offered was a “I’m sorry about that ma’am” with an uncomfortable long silence after that. I won’t be patronizing this business again.

  Ordered on the app for pickup. Said 15 min. Showed up around 20min and was told it'll be about 15 min. Then the person behind the window just walked away. Currently sitting in their drive thru pickup lane writing this review from their "if you have a spare moment, write a review" sign. Too bad I already paid or I'd just go get it somewhere else. If you're having trouble keeping up with orders at least update the ETA in the app. If I wanted to wait this long for pizza, I'd go somewhere with better pizza.

  Ordered a pizza delivery at 10:15pm. At 11:30pm I called the store and they said my order will be on the way shortly and they were slow on delivery’s. Needless to say I never got my order.

  I’ve been a regular at this place for a long time now, and the current GM is running it into the ground. Every time I see him interact with the employees, they look really uncomfortable, and I’ve even had a couple instances where he’s been a total jerk. I’ve been waiting for my pizza and had to watch him race his employees to the window or register just for a tip, as if he needs it more than someone working near minimum wage. I’ve even seen him talk to non-white customers in a very off-putting way. There’s never enough drivers on any given night and my delivery orders almost always get sent to DoorDash. Whenever I actually get a Pizza Hut driver, it’s either an absolutely delightful Hispanic woman or a charismatic blonde guy. Any other drivers they send out are usually only seen once before I just never see them again. When I actually go inside, I breathe a sigh of relief when the manager on duty is anyone but Ruben. I sincerely hope he switches up his attitude.

  We ordered online and got it delivered, the order was incorrect but we just went on with our business. The delivery driver said they would make it right and they did! They showed back up a little while later with the whole first order redone! So that was super awesome of them!
