I go to the window "pls no mustard" and then I get a "mustard doesn't come on the quarter pounder" (will come back to this) BOOM mustard on my quarter pounder. I just wanna say, my back is big I KNOW what goes on a qourter pounder, It do be having mustard. And so like, I don't even hate mustard. I will tolerate it it's not my mortal enemy. It just has no place on a qourter pounder. Food is good I like the fries here always done good. Service is fine its McDonald's I'm not expecting you guys to go above and beyond. It's a McDonald's in fountain inn I don't think the atmosphere was ever gonna be good.

- CPCherie PurdomeDec 1, 20255.0McKenzie. I came through around lunchtime today so there was a rush. I ordered a large iced coffee with added mocha. Cashier told me that would be $3.99. I said I’m sorry but I thought a large iced coffee with choclate was $2. She said they didn’t have mocha “choclate syrup” to add to the coffee she could only offer an Iced mocha. Confused I said ok that’s fine I guess. I pulled around, got my coffee it was a medium and I took a sip and it was overpowering with sweetness. To a point I would get sick if I drank it. So seeing I didn’t get a large like I had asked and it was yuk I pulled around again and explained what had happened. The cashier explained that an iced mocha only came in a medium so I started to understand why I got what I got. I said I’m sorry I really thought it was going to be a large and it’s overpoweringly sweet is there any way I could please just get a large iced coffee instead. She said pull forward. So I explained again what the issue was to the next lady. She looked confused and called over the manager. I explained what happened and she said well this isn’t even a large. I said I know. She asked what kind of iced coffee would you like? I said I guess a vanilla since you don’t have chocolate to put in it. She got a chuckle out of that and said yes we do. Don’t worry I’ve got you just pull into the spot and I’ll bring it out for you. She really made my day with her kindness and quickness to remedy the situation. Slammed in a rush her smile never wavered. She’s one of the good ones. Thank you McKenzie!!!
