- KRKris RobinsonDec 28, 20252.0I hope the franchise owner sees these reviews. So yesterday and today my amazing wife gets me a coffee while I am at work and once again my order was messed up. Both times my coffee was ordered with cream and sugar. Both times I get my coffee expecting the amazing coffee that I always get from Dunkin Donuts and there was no sugar and i could not drinkmy coffee. We had this happen a couple weeks ago as well when we had a large order and got 30 minutes away to my work only to realize that one of the 4 dozen donuts we ordered was missing. It seems that a trend is beginning which is very discerning. This trend has cost me about $20 in the last couple weeks. If this continues I will take my business somewhere else.
