  Service was was excellent. Quick, accurate and efficient. Jules and Sammy were awesome. Went above and beyond. Appreciated Jules’ interaction with my 97 year old mother in law. He left her smiling. Sammy smiled the entire time she took our order. Wife’s first time at Smash Burger and loved the Scorch’n shrimp and fries. Will be her new go to spot now.

  This isn’t my first time at the Fort Mill, SC location, but sadly it will be the last. Not sure what has changed at this location in the past few months, as it used to be a quick and enjoyable place to stop. Recently, there seems to always be a wait time of 10-15 minutes just to order, then an additional 15-20 minutes to receive your order. A lack of, or change in management has downgraded customer service and created short staffed scenarios resulting in poor, disappointing service. I would strongly discourage a visit here.

  On Monday at 11:20 am, we tried to have lunch. We were standing around for a while, waiting for some assistance, other people were waiting also and then I asked if I could order, and was told I'd have to wait 10 minutes. That is odd to me. So we left and went to Brixx pizza.

  Jules was very kind and helpful, he has good charisma, with subtle but effective upselling ability. I had no idea I’d even ordered an extra drink until after I paid, he should be promoted to manager. If it’s not done within the next four months, I will do my best to find him a job where his skills are appreciated. Just to reiterate, Jules (the man behind the counter) should be promoted. He made my day and leaves me inclined to come back, in spite of the less than consistent food sizing. In fact he has been behind the counter the past few times I’ve come, and has been the driving factor in my return.

  Had a great experience today! The food was exactly what you want it to be; fresh, hot, and actually worth the trip. Burgers were cooked perfectly, fries were on point, and everything came out quick without feeling rushed. What really stood out though was the service. Jules went above and beyond! He was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell Jules actually cares about doing the job right, and it shows. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had eating out lately. I’ll be back.
