  On my receipt, it says that the host’s name is Kimberly. My total for my food item was $5.88. I gave her $6.00 in cash. She proceeded to give me back 1 dime…Keep in mind that the change is 0.12. Instead of not giving a customer their full change amount, she should have stated that they were out of pennies or maybe she just couldn’t count.

  Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, got a single cheeseburger with no bacon and lettuce on it. Wrong drink. And extra for less food, absolutely ridiculous. Leaving 1 star because I can't leave less.

  If I could give it less than 1 I would I’ve come here 3 different times the staff plays around like tonight answering the intercom but don’t take the order have a line of people just knocking on the window while they’re laughing making sandwiches for themselves one girl said they’re system was down but there back there dancing eating sandwiches and making customers wait this branch is horrible it is 10:48 pm 1/29/26 so the crew that’s on tonight should be fired all of THEM

  Every time I order DoorDash from here the order is wrong Ive ordered more then 5 times. I’m done at this point I’m convinced they can’t read a screen or comprehend how to run the door dash machine at this point just remove yourself from DoorDash. I ordered taco salad Cinnabon pull aparts and a reg chicken sandwich combo They gave me spicy chicken sandwich which my pregnant wife can’t eat . No taco salad gave me a burger As well forgot Cinnabon pull aparts with my dasher asking if it was correct. This is the last time I’m done maybe re train staff or don’t do it at all. I hope this reaches your district manager and regional cause this is why your score on door dash is 3.8 and on google as well.
