I don’t even eat fast food often — Wendy’s is my one exception — and I’ve been to locations all across the U.S. I’ve never experienced anything this consistently disappointing. I’ve lived in the area for over a year, and every single time I’ve tried to order a taco salad, they’re out of something — either the chili, the lettuce, or both. Once, I was even told to “come earlier in the day before they run out,” which is ridiculous. How do you repeatedly run out of core ingredients for one of your menu items? Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a taco salad through DoorDash, paid full price, and they sent everything except the lettuce. A taco salad… with no lettuce. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, but no one ever answers. This location is clearly being mismanaged, and I’m genuinely disappointed. Do better, Wendy’s.
