The manager put in a replacement order for the items however it took almost 20 minutes for the items to be made and were not correct. 30 minutes of waiting and 10 extra items that were made incorrectly while waiting in the parking lot for the staff to correct our meals.

The staff consistently has a bad attitude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by ordering. Almost every time something is missing from the order—usually sauces, but even basic things like straws or napkins are often forgotten. These are simple details that shouldn’t be an issue at a fast-food restaurant. The location feels disorganized and poorly managed, and no one seems to care when mistakes happen. For a Wendy’s inside Carowinds, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location at all.

Would take 2 orders then spend 10 minutes fixing the orders and if anyone walks in wait till finish before taking their orders. Not fast food at all
