  I just went to dunkin this morning. Went to place an order on the kiosk because I have a gift card, order went through, see below. Dude at the counter tried to tell me that I placed an order under the name Mike lol. And that they didn’t have my order…. After I just placed it and he saw me.. I told him what I wanted and he still acted confused. I’m at this location all the time and this never happens lol idk if it was this dudes first day or what

  Idk when I walked in it felt like I just took a bath PERSONALLY. Everything was clean it just felt refreshing especially for a fast food place. NOW THE COFFEE AND DONUTS WERE PHENOMENAL! I got the glazed donut and it tasted like it came right out of the oven. The coffee I got was just perfect, the best blend of sweet and bitter. The girl with black hair in a braid was SOOOOOO nice like omg she needs a $5 raise immediatelyyyyy!!!!! W food. W workers. W Dunkin’

  I absolutely love coming here! The people who work here are really awesome and so kind! I come here so much they know my order and the atmosphere is so amazing I don’t want to leave, and I go through the drive through. They go above and beyond every single time and I wrote the review to give them their flowers. Amazing morning crew and the young lady with the headphones is freaking awesome, awesome, awesome! She’s amazing and her multitasking skills are a super power lol. I got a few I can give a shoutout to: the young lady with the dreads made me family there she’s literally the best and her energy puts me in a good mood! Her and the girly with the headphones are a team that I absolutely adore! And the young men at the window are so sweet and just wonderful people and I wish I could give them all back what they give me every morning ☺️. I love them all and I love this place!

  I come to this location several times a week, but today was a completely different experience. We ordered a cookie butter cold brew with skim milk and received a cold brew with nothing in it. We advised the cashier (short black hair with glasses) it was missing the cold foam, cookie bits, as well as the skim milk. She said she would have to charge us for the cold foam because it doesn’t come automatically. We explained it does and that we’ve ordered it several times. She then said we ordered it wrong and didn’t specify we wanted the cold foam and it would be an extra charge. The charge wasn’t the problem. The issue is that she refused to listen and understand what we were saying because she was so firm on not wanting to be wrong. We tried to continue explaining that we ordered it as advertised yet this young lady was adamantly refusing to listen. We decided it wasn’t worth the hassle, asked for a refund and left. I never have this problem with the weekly crew. Definitely changed our view on this location.
