- AVAshley Vandervort5 days ago5.0I accidentally sent my order to another dunkin, Unfortunately, that store was very rude and not accommodating. I was able to call this store and tell them my predicament. They were very kind and since I was unable to come that day, they promised me that they would make it for me the next day not only did they make it for me, but they made it with a smile and they were so happy to help me out and we’re actually sorry that I had a bad experience at another store. The staff was all very friendly. The store was clean and I did not have a bad experience. it was quite enjoyable. Thank you.

I had Boston cream filled with the smallest amount of cream...apple filled with nothing in it! Short staffed so everything takes a long time. Sad I don't like leaving bad reviews but it may the the only way to get some change.

They said the lobby was closed and if you were waiting on food they would unlock the door to let you out. We waited 25 mins for iced coffee. It was very chaotic. Young employees seemed frustrated. I watched one employee make a drink wrong, scoop the drizzle and cream out over the sink and poured the rest into a new cup and gave it to a guest. Dunkin’ do better in Fort Mill. I won’t be back.
- AHApril HeathNov 7, 20251.0Why is the lobby closed for mobile orders?! I understand staffing issues and hiring needs, so understand me when i say, I get it. I placed a mobile at this location as I normally do and when I get to the Fort Mill location, the doors are locked and they are only doing drive thru. Just so happened, an employee is outside and I ask of she can just reach my mobile order out the door. She tells me they are only doing drive thru. So I ask if I can cancel my order and she tells me she doesn't know and they are only doing mobile orders. Now how is that customer service driven?! If the lobby is closed then shutdown the mobile option too! I do mobile because it's quicker since I have to work but now I'm in line waiting for an order I would have gladly canceled had I been able to ALL because I can't cancel the order smh. I'm so aggravated right now.

It took them over 10 minutes to make one drink during a barely busy time, and they had the audacity to give me an attitude about it. Threw it all in the trash and went somewhere else.
