- SSSasser404Dec 30, 20251.0I ordered half a dozen donuts and as I am leaving the location to go home I see they gave me more than half the order wrong.When I go inside the store,the young teen I got the order from looked like I was gonna scream at him.I kindly informed him my order was wrong and he said that “yaaa I forgot to tell you we don’t have your donut types “(not his fault I ordered online) but then I ask for a refund because I didn’t get more than half my order,another employee told me I could get four more donuts as a replacement.I agreed and found out they had my other donut type I wanted but not another type so I got another one I thought might be good.I then drove home and tried one and they were EXTREMELY stale.I didn’t want to go back another 20-30 min just to get another set of stale donuts so I just gave up.

I was able to call this store and tell them my predicament. They were very kind and since I was unable to come that day, they promised me that they would make it for me the next day not only did they make it for me, but they made it with a smile and they were so happy to help me out and we’re actually sorry that I had a bad experience at another store. The staff was all very friendly. The store was clean and I did not have a bad experience. it was quite enjoyable. Thank you.

I had Boston cream filled with the smallest amount of cream...apple filled with nothing in it! Short staffed so everything takes a long time. Sad I don't like leaving bad reviews but it may the the only way to get some change.
