  Genuine question, chipotle why are you allowing this establishment to stay open until 11 PM? What is the point of having a time listed on the door when you guys let the staff start closing down the store at 9:30 PM. I went in an hour and a half before they close, they were rude. Acted like I walked in at 10:55 PM. They also were out of stock of everything, and had already taken the whole restaurant down to clean up. Disappointed This restaurant needs to be closing at 9 PM if this is how the staff at this location

  Visited the store at 11:05 am and found doors locked. A non Chipotle person answered the door stating they are closed. When I asked why since the sign says they open at 10:45 the person behind the counter, making a burrito, yelled the store is delayed in opening. How about a sign guys?

  I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I paid for double chicken and double steak which added an additional $8 to my bowl and the portion sizes were shockingly small. If I’m paying extra for protein, I expect to actually receive double protein, not skimpy scoops that barely cover the bottom of the bowl. This is not the first time this location has been inconsistent with portions, but this visit was especially frustrating. The bowl was noticeably light, even with extra fajita veggies and other toppings added. It simply did not reflect what I paid for. If customers are being charged premium prices, the portions should match the cost. Right now, it feels like customers are being overcharged and underserved. I hope management takes a serious look at portion control and training at this location, because this experience was unacceptable.

  I asked for extra rice after she put the spoonful in my bowl bc it wasn’t enough for me. For $13 (because I get guac) I hope to be full . She rolled her eyes at me and then I barely got any chicken but didn’t want extra charge for that so I didn’t ask for a slightly bigger portion. She def let it fall off before making it to my bowl and didn’t scoop the little extra up like I saw her do for the 3 people in line before me that got their bowls together. Petty. Go get another job is serving chicken and rice makes you act like that.

  I absolutely love this chipotle location. I’ve gone here several times and my food has always been great. The staff is very friendly and kind. Their portions are amazing and overall the food is tasty! I usually get the Chicken Burrito Bowl, with white rice. So good! Even after a long day at work, they still greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this location.
