But when there’s a few pieces of dry chicken on the bottom of the container that I’ve been sitting there for God knows how long; why should this be served to me? Why should workers be offended if I ask them for freshly cut chicken? As a paying customer, shouldn’t I have the right to get what I want? Fresh food? (This is the reason chipotle has issues with E. coli. Because they serve food that has been standing for way too long). At the end of the day I will never step foot into this chipotle. I would rather drive two more minutes down the road and get my food from cava.
