  Ordered takeout and my salad bowl was tiny, barely any lettuce, they didn’t add the two dressings, definitely not worth $12.

  I usually like CAVA, but this visit was really disappointing. The line moved extremely slowly and it took about 30 minutes just to get my food. What made it more frustrating was that several employees were standing around while only a few people were actually serving customers. The food itself was good, but the service and organization really need improvement. Hopefully they can work on efficiency because the wait time was way too long.

  WARNING DO NOT COME HERE !!!! UNLESS YOU WANT EXCELLENT FLAVOR AND SERVICE! I came tonight and there was literally about 40 people in line at 9pm ! Even with the circumstances the staff managed to be fast, and friendly! As a store manager for a competitor I can say this night crew is a dream team! And I hope they can be recognized and valued for their excellence!

  Ordered from here the other day and I got take-out. First, the staff there is SO friendly. This one worker, Kai, was especially kind and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in with a warm smile, and immediately took my order and made my bowl. I usually have a complicated order, but he made it PERFECTLY and it was delicious. I will NEVER be going back to River Gate, they never make my bowl right and are always out of something. They’re also SO rude at River Gate’s Cava. The space was extremely clean as well, with multiple hard workers including Nina, and Tee. I love going here, I’ll continue to eat here. Too tied service and food! The space was also so welcoming.

  After trying Cava when I visited Charlotte last year I was so excited to hear they were opening a location up in Fort Mill South Carolina! Took my hubby here for lunch today. We were mediately greeted. I tried the new Teresa chicken Powerball and he got the new spicy lamb and sweet potato power bowl. Both were super delicious 😋. I was only able to eat half of mine because they give you so much food. So now I have lunch for tomorrow. I got my blueberry lavender refresher and he got a water and then I spotted the new sour cream and onion pita chips so I had to try them and let me just tell you they're welk worth the $2.49. I actually got a second order to go for my kids. My husband and I are in our '50s and trying to eat healthier without having to break the budget and misplace absolutely hit the spot for when I'm in the time crunch for dinner or lunch. WE WILL BE BACK!
