There were two tables with food inside but one person in line inside who was served when I pulled to the window. I watched while four employees stood around laughing and doing nothing productive for at least 8 minutes before I was asked to pull forward and wait another 3 minutes for my order. There was an apology but it was too little too late. I told him you should have let me know sooner and he said yes ma’am I’m sorry. The meal was brought out within three minutes and a different person offered his apology. There seem to be a little concerned about people waiting for their food as two other cars waited behind me.

Today was the first time I ever received an overcooked, unbuttered biscuit. The food is usually hot, but the orders aren't always right. The service on the other hand is never good. No one acknowledges you when you enter. The cashiers are usually texting on their phones while taking your order. Then to make matters worse, the cashiers never give you the right change, so be sure to count your money if you come here. I would definitely not go during lunch hours because they are understaffed. I probably won't return.
