Absolutely rude rude rude rude drive-thru employee November 12th 2025 at 10:30 in the morning Wednesday. I said good morning how are you I'm great close the window on me. Open the window handed me my food I said thank you she closed the window on me. Terrible customer service. Bottom of the barrel. All locations in Rock Hill are friendly warm and inviting. Sutton road location needs Swift customer service training.

When I ordered my Bo-Berry biscuit for my daughter I didn't realize I was going to get someone's lunch in a Bojangles container.... I understand everyone has a lunch break but why was their food even close to the customer orders going out?!

Food was average for Bojangles. Service was shit. Went through the drive thru ordered 5 sandwiches. Was asked to pull forward. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for them to finally bring out the food. But it wasn't right. We were missing a sandwich. So my husband goes inside, where he is basically ignored for 10 to 15 mins. After several attempts, he decided to go back through the drive thru since that was the only way to get the employees to pay attention. Finally after getting to the window and telling them we were missing food. They then said oh well it's gonna be a wait because we're out of biscuits. Ended up just getting a refund because come on. Over an hr for 5 sandwiches/ biscuits is completely ridiculous.

Waited 20 minutes for order to be taken. Was third in line, but others left. Nobody would come to the counter, just looked at me. Woild give zero for service.
Guy closest to counter moved in slow motion, seemed to do a few online orders. Bojangles Corporate should shut this one down.
UPDATE: I went in again to see if it was still that bad. IT WAS.
Meanwhile, I wrote comment/complaint address and got no response. They do not care.
I will AVOID Bojangles.
I used to love Bojangles, but I will stay away.

Usually good service here until this morning. Place was busy and employees moving as slow as possible. Walked out after watching young pregnant girl touching food and taking phone out to talk on it. Young guy taking orders looked to be falling asleep at register. Took one order inside the restaurant every 10 mins or so.
