Last time he went to get his breakfast, he was on the phone with the area manager of a company he is contracted with when a black employee approached his truck window. This employee took it upon herself to lecture him about a drink holder that had fallen out of his truck a couple of days prior while he was on a business call. At that time, my boyfriend was taking his mother to a doctor’s appointment in Charlotte. He had stopped to get lunch for his two children while his mother was getting the kids their meals. As she had the door open to hand out the food, no one noticed the drink holder fall except for this employee and some others who were watching. This encounter felt very unprofessional. It was inappropriate for the employee to lecture anyone, especially when someone is on the phone. We called the corporate office to express our concerns, but they did not take any action. My boyfriend's mother then called the store directly and spoke with the general manager, Cameron, who also did nothing but make excuses and dismiss the issue.

My orders are frequently packaged very sloppily, with food appearing thrown together and messy when the container is opened. I have even started going inside the restaurant to specifically request that my order be prepared and packaged more carefully, but unfortunately the outcome has not improved. Given the price customers are paying and Chick-fil-A’s reputation for quality and service, I would expect more attention to presentation and care in assembling orders. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the issue and hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
