  This Cava is the best. They have the BEST employees. They are always so friendly & efficient. Even when there’s a line it goes quickly. As a vegetarian I love being able to get some protein in with the lentils & they have the freshest ingredients. My only negative is that it’s so good I go way more than I should!

  I CANNOT say enough aout this great little place! Not only is the food SPECTACULAR 🎆 but the employees are top of the line!!! They are always so kind and so patient! JESS is a top favorite employee of mine! She is always so friendly and is really fast and moves the lines along so quickly. But it's her sweet personality that makes her so great! Keep her around for sure!

  First time coming to a Cava. We both ordered the Harissa Avocado bowls due to them being "fan favorites". Little did we know Harissa is a mediterean chili paste, and is way too spicy for us. Staff (Jordan) offered to remake us non-spicy bowls. Which was very nice and appreciated. The new non-spicy bowls were delicious.

  My husband and I are huge fans of Cava so were super excited when this location opened up close to our home. We went there this evening to place an order. EIGHT employees were visibly present and behind the counter. There was one customer paying and one picking up an online order, both being helped by one employee. Every other employee made eye contact with us at least once however just stood around or made themselves busy. No one even said "We'll be right with you", nothing. Finally two employees put gloves on and we thought that we would finally be helped. Instead they decided it would take TWO of them to warm up one piece of pita for an online order at which point one opened the heater and the other THREW the peice of pita across into the heater almost missing. I hate to think what would have happened if it had missed and hit the floor. 🤢That was the moment we left. I was planning to reach out directly but the CAVA website does not list this location yet for concerns. I hate to think that the service is this bad only a few months in to their opening date.

  This location started out well. It was once clean, fully staffed and efficient. It is now gross, under staffed and filthy. I went in hoping for a healthy meal. Just before the dinner rush. They were out of a good bit. Especially the white sweet potatoes advertised on most of their new dishes. The staff member offered a different choice in place of the item at no addtional charge. I ordered the extra pitas and had to remind them multiple times to get them. The team member was scrounging in the kitchen for items for others and also checking people out. After finally getting my order I left with my Togo food. I had a good drive ahead of me so I reached into the bag to snack on a pita. The pita was so salty it was not even edible. When I got home I sat down to eat my bowl and the lettuce was slimey. The veggies were burnt. This location has a manager that doesn't care about its employees.
