  Was my third visit to this location and once again i was ignored the second i walked in the door. Had to wait at the counter while a larger African American Male passed by me twice. Not even a simple glance was given towards my direction. Once i was finally helped i was unpleased to find my pizza similar to the customer service experience was very subpar. It was undercooked and wet (like the entire box. I couldn't imagine receiving a delivery of this it would be drenched) . I don't think ill return or suggest again.

  As I approached the counter to get my pizza, the older Caucasian guy left the counter and went to check on my pizza. It wasn't in a box yet. He began preparing my pizza to put in a box. When he returned to the counter, I asked if they wear gloves. He ignored me and proceeded to continue to ring up my order. After asking him multiple times if they use gloves he walked away and went to get his manager. There was a another tall guy at the counter that stated, they don't have to wear gloves over and over as the temperature in the over over 450 degrees. That wasn't my point. Why is the older guy leaving the counter without washing his hands handling my pizza? I told them that I would not be paying as this is not sanitary. The black lady(I guess manager) offered to remake my pizza. After my remake, the older guy was talking about me right to my face with the manager. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked who the manager was and she stated she was. I told her that the older guy was very disrespectful and I was appalled at how she allowed this as a manager. I asked for the store manager. To be honest, I don't know what she said. I was just ready to leave. Check your cameras. I saw three. This is unacceptable. You have lost my business after 26 years.

  Honestly a very upsetting experience for a store that i very much enjoy. I was told my order did not exist when i had emails confirming it at the second loop location. I am not one to leave reviews especially if it was just for a misunderstanding. I called customer service trying to figure it out and they told me my order should be ready and to talk to a manger about it. I called the store manager and he was very unkind towards me and had a very frustrated attitude when i was just trying to understand what was going wrong. I tried asking for a refund but that seemed to make him mad. I was just trying to have a nice little party so i preorder the 3 large pizzas. i’m out of money and very upset with the way i was treated when i just was trying to understand the mix up. I have never left a review before but I never have been treated like that before
