Filthy bathrooms that were probably not cleaned in days. Dining area also dirty and unclean. The Ciabata steak sandwich was also poss poor, did not come close to any of the other Panera locations. Panera should either step up their monitoring or close up this one. Shameful!

My wife loves Panera bread. She was a little hesitant to eat in the south, not sure if the food will taste the same . To our surprise it was better. Cheddar broccoli soup is the go to. Pick two takes your food options to the next level. Highly recommend trying this location. Welcoming staff clean environment.

We were among the first customers when they opened, so it wasn’t busy at all. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t start off well—the cashier had a very rude attitude (the only exception was the woman preparing the food, who was pleasant). I don’t typically eat at Panera, so I’m not very familiar with the menu. When I asked a few questions, I was met with dismissive “mhm” responses and no real explanation. It felt disrespectful to have to fish for basic answers, and the employees came across like they didn’t want to be there that morning. Not wanting to argue that early, I just went ahead with the order. The food itself turned out decent, but the cleanliness was disappointing. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Having worked in fast food before, I know closing staff usually prep and clean everything for the next day—but that didn’t seem to be the case here. The bathroom, in particular, was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor.

We were driving home from Florida and stopped at this place as it was close to interstate and we are very fond of Panera as our go to place. We visited Panera pretty much all over the country and never disappointed. Not this time though. We placed the order online and reached the restaurant to find out the status was " we are prepping". We ordered tomato soup (again kind of our go to in Panera) and a sandwitch. We waited for some tiume but the food did not come. At this point, my wife asked at the kitchen, and they mentioned they were out of tomato soup and breads. She naturally followed up as why they took the order if they were out. At this point, the staff started behaving rude and one of them even said that they can serve chicken soup (they said something in the line of "both are soup, what is the big deal?"). Honestly, we would have gone our way have they just apologized, but this is completely wrong and just bad cuctomer service!! The food itself was good, as most Panera foods are, but the experience we faced was just horrible. On a positive note, when I shared this information with the online Panera Bread customer service, they replied promptly and apologized. This is what a good customer service should look like and this cafe should learn from their online colleagues. I sincerely hope that ours was one off experience and other customers get better treatment.
