  Food was pretty good, customer service, not what I would call it. They weren’t the most personable.

  I placed my ordered at the register and I got a number I wait on food i notice I didn’t get a small orange juice . I went told employee I was missing a small orange juice . The manager came up and ask me for a receipt. I told her he didn’t give me one. She walked away and continue doing what she was doing in the back very unprofessional of her. Your job is to take care of the customers which she fail to do. I told syrup was 54 cents I ordered (2) orders of hotcakes with sausage and only got 2 syrup WOW! And also I had to come back up when they didn’t give enough straws, napkins etc. All utensils are in the back that is hilarious! Every other McDonald’s I have been to have their utensils , napkins etc. out. I will never come back to this location ever again!! Need friendly people at this location

  Very poor customer service and food the staff rather argue then to get ur order right and they wouldn't give me cooperate information but this need to be reported people send to much money now adays for slack service n food fr

  Complaint on Store Management. I was in drive thru when I noticed a sign over the 2nd pickup window was tilted. I looked a little more and the left support for the sign was hanging. When the window attendant gave me my food, I asked her to tell the manager that the sign was hanging. The attendant looked and about that time the store manager shouts with attitude twice, I KNOW ITS HANGING, I KNOW ALL ABOUT IT !!!!! I drove off and her demeanor will have me thinking twice about visiting again this store. McDonald's is an extra not a must have.
