  I ordered a quarter pounder with every thing but onions. They put onions in my quarter pounder.

  A few employees are ok but most could care less. Also, the Mgt is very poor. Understaffed last night....waited 30 minutes for sandwich sweet tea that was weak and not sweet.

  I feel like the only way this will get done is if I leave a review for everyone to see. Will someone please clean the grease trap for the fries? It is so dirty the fries look like they have pepper on them and it’s making the fries taste awful. My fries are one of my main things that I enjoy the most, and I couldn’t even eat them. I tried to eat them, but they were just not good and the picture makes them even look better than in person

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my family and I received at the McDonald’s located at 2016 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501 on today’s date between approximately 1400 and 1530. Upon arriving, my wife requested sweet tea and was informed that it would be made. Unfortunately, the sweet tea was never prepared or provided. After placing our order, we chose to dine on the outside patio area. When a staff member eventually brought our food outside, the experience became even more disappointing. While placing the items on the table, the employee dropped my daughter’s apple. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or making any effort to replace it, she simply left it and did not offer another one. Additionally, the food was not presented in a professional or courteous manner. Instead, the items were essentially thrown onto the table toward us with little regard for customer service or hospitality. This type of service is unacceptable. McDonald’s is a globally recognized brand known for consistency and customer care, and the experience my family received at this location fell far below that standard. Basic courtesy, accountability, and professionalism should be expected from employees representing your company. I am bringing this to your attention in hopes that management will address the level of service at this location so that other families and customers do not have a similar experience.
