  These people didn't even check the mobile orders and we were sitting in the curbside pick-up spot for over twenty minutes before my husband went in to see what was going on. Meanwhile, 3 employees sitting out front on their smoke break, not paying any attention to the car that's been sitting here for nearly half an hour. It took my husband going inside before these people even looked at the screen. Then he has to make his own drinks. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I don't understand going through a drive-through line and all I ordered was a hamburger and an apple I get to the pickup window and they told me to go park then I had to wait 15 minutes to finally get my food I think this is absolutely ridiculous.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food or McDonald’s alone. I sat in line for 30 MINUTES. THIRTY. I honestly wouldn’t even be mad about that if they hadn’t have gotten my extremely SIMPLE order wrong. All I ordered was a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries instead of those gritty apple slices. And a Diet Coke. So simple. So easy. I wait after I pay for at least 15 minutes and when I finally get to the second window, I have to repeat my order to her three times. She hands me my drink, it’s covered in Diet Coke and not even full. Okay, fine. There’s also liquid all over the lid and it gets on my clothes. Perfect. And then after I’ve told her my order THREE TIMES, I receive no small fry, and you guessed it- apple slices! This was also in the middle of the day and I’ve seen people complain about their service at night too so I just have to assume they are consistently lacking in service. Please go literally anywhere else. If they can’t even get 1 Happy Meal right, save yourself.

  Couldn't even order food. If you are trying to go to this mcdonalds at night dont waste your time. They take forever to take your order and forever to get the food. Its suppose to be fast food and its not at all. Idk what the issue is but its horrible

  walked inside because the drive-thru was long. lots of yelling and screaming going on between an elderly woman who works there and some of the other employees. lots of other employees arguing with each other. in the back. The elderly woman who works there was nasty to multiple other employees. One of the employees children running around the lobby making a mess everywhere. what a nightmare. The young lady who took my order was very nice, but it was obviously taking abuse from the older lady who worked there. Management really needs to step in here, especially with the employees children running all over the store.
