  The other day i went to the same location for the tendies combo, I got the 4pc…well that’s what I ordered! When I got home it was a 10 pc nugget🙄I didn’t complain bc their nuggets are bussing fr! But today order another tendie combo, made sure they were the tendies before I left. When I get home these mugs hard as a rock. Come on man…I need a do over or refund! Been calling non stop for like 30 minutes, no one answering, smh!

  Will not be going back this any Wendy’s again after this im not normally the type to complain but I got two breakfast sandwiches one for before I go into work and one for my lunch ate one then looked at my one for lunch and there is mold on it. Now im wondering if the first one did too. Also tried to call them 3 times because I can’t leave work and get back on time and did they answer no lol

  This is the second time that I’ve gone to this location. The first time they hadn’t changed their oil I figured maybe the truck didn’t come in and they didn’t have their fries were horrible now I went back again because my daughter was craving a chicken BLT and I ordered The junior bacon biggie bag. First of all. Was there for about eight minutes before I was greeted had to wait a very long time to get my food. There was only one person in front of me that had ordered as well. The fries came out again, greasy burnt. The oil was dirty. I asked for a second batch came out the same. The food was so cold. The bun was not even warm. I know the weather is cold, but inside the restaurant, there should be a temperature check on everything. The cheese was not even melted on the patty. The bacon was OK. The chicken nuggets were nasty because of the oil situation And even when I went to get a cookie a sugar cookie cause I was like well gotta make for something else. It was also greasy like there were left over from the other day. Did not understand how calm Wendy’s is going downhill no holding time everybody’s uniform look out of whack. Everything was dirty sticky. There was not even one person over the age of 25 there everybody was 15 1617 which I don’t mind but didn’t have a form of courtesy organization had to call out the guy from the back cause he was on his phone so I can order my cookie Unbelievable overall experience was zero out of 10 and I go to Wendy’s cause supposedly it’s fresh but this is disgusting the owner or the corporation they need to get themselves in check oh and while I was there, I guess a couple of friends of the cashier from the back came into the restaurant and they just gave them free food for three people .!!! and they just gave them free food for three people
