This is my favorite Wendys hands down. I've visited 3-4 times (I live about an hour away) Its perhaps the best I've ever been to. (And I've traveled quite a bit). Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger. The burgers at this location are delicious. Better than I've ever tasted at any other location, certainly in my top 5 best burger of all time. The staff is friendly, accurate, fast. This last time by a quick count, I could see they were understaffed and working double time...it did not affect their high level of service or food quality in any way. It was very impressive, not chaotic at all, it gave me confidence they could handle the extra workload. I could tell the staff was working as a well oiled team to get the job done. They also always treat my niece very well, taking a moment to say hi and make her feel seen and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.
They were out of ketchup at the station in the dining room and quickly provided me ketchup. They were out of sprite but they have one of those Freestyle beverage dispensers so there were plenty of other choices. Overall, amazing food and fantastic service. We will be back the next time we want Wendy's, it's worth the drive. High praise and all kudos to the staff.

I’ve been coming to Wendy’s for years, so this experience was genuinely disappointing.
I attempted to order the 4 for $4, which I’ve ordered regularly for a long time. I was told that it changed as of yesterday. That alone isn’t the problem — menu changes happen. The problem was how it was handled. The manager on duty repeatedly told me to “read the board” in a condescending and dismissive way, instead of simply explaining the change. Customers are not expected to know overnight menu updates for items that have existed for years.
To make matters worse, when I asked what the replacement option was, I wasn’t even given a clear name. I was just told “we don’t have that anymore” and directed to something else, but no one could clearly explain whether it was a Biggie Bag or what it was actually called. That level of confusion coming from management is unacceptable.
As for the food: everything else was hot and fine, but the cheeseburger itself was cold, which only added to the frustration after the interaction.
The food at Wendy’s is usually solid, but the customer service — especially from someone identifying themselves as the manager — was rude, dismissive, and poorly handled. If this is how menu changes are communicated, this location seriously needs better leadership and customer service training.

The other day i went to the same location for the tendies combo, I got the 4pc…well that’s what I ordered! When I got home it was a 10 pc nugget🙄I didn’t complain bc their nuggets are bussing fr! But today order another tendie combo, made sure they were the tendies before I left. When I get home these mugs hard as a rock. Come on man…I need a do over or refund! Been calling non stop for like 30 minutes, no one answering, smh!

Will not be going back this any Wendy’s again after this im not normally the type to complain but I got two breakfast sandwiches one for before I go into work and one for my lunch ate one then looked at my one for lunch and there is mold on it. Now im wondering if the first one did too. Also tried to call them 3 times because I can’t leave work and get back on time and did they answer no lol
