I have never been to a more slack Wendy’s restaurant, in my 55 years of life! My Sister was in the hospital so I decided to stop by on my way to see her. I got to the drive-thru and when I got there to order, they stated the system was down and I could not order because I was using a card to pay! Then, I tried stopping by the next day to order 3 of the Dave’s Doubles combos and was told that they did not have any cheese. I was so mad that I really wanted to just drive off but I got the burgers anyway! I will just. Never ever Will I stop there for anything else. You might as well shut this one down or fire the employees and start all over!
So disappointed!

All other Wendy's I have been to have all been pretty good we went to this Wendy's on our way home from Florence we were going to go in & place our order someone stuck there head out the door saying use drive Thur dint say anything else so we used the drive Thur after we placed our order we see a black gentleman walk out with an order the gentleman didn't work there.it took us from the time we placed our ordered about 40ins to get our order looked like they were using old lettuce & tomatoes i asked for 2 of the burgers to have no cheese the other no picked 2 had cheese on there the other had pickel so I would tell you if you want your order messed up & get really poor service go there other wise stau far far away from there the fries were cool & had no salt on them
