We tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let us cancel or change it, even though they hadn't started preparing it. The person working said that they were the manager but then said that they had to call the manager to get permission. The manager that she called said that they wouldn't do it. Customer service is terrible. I don't plan on ever returning, even though I have been here several times.
