Classy, casual & warm vibe at this "only-act-in-town" place. Food, service, atmosphere & clientele- all A+.
So glad we found this place as we drove South on 95. Well worth the 4 mile trek off the path! This part of town has a quaint feel & this establishment was worth the trip! Excellent dinner & drinks. 👌🎉

Our 1st time visit to have dinner during the Holidays [celebrating my BD and to take a break fromcooking] was truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, our table and area clean & decorated set a peaceful Holiday JOY. Our server she was absolutely 100% Awesome. The manager put the icing on our visit when he stopped by our table welcoming and Thanking us for choosing Town Hall to help our Holiday and my BD special. The manager honored my Birthday with a slice of their chocolate cake which was excellent [icing only in the middle] Wow! Awesome visit.

We’ve been loyal visitors to Town Hall in Florence, SC for years during our up/down I-95 drives to Florida, and it was a stop we recommended to many friends and family in the North as a must-visit on their commute. The food has always been excellent and well worth a detour off the interstate, and in the past it never disappointed.
Unfortunately, our experience tonight was completely different. It was a relatively slow Sunday evening, and we were seated near the bar. Despite the sparse crowd, our server was not attentive at all — we waited such a long time just to be acknowledged that it became laughable. There were long gaps before she checked in, and it felt like she was unsure of basic service flow.
This highlights a simple truth: Great food alone isn’t enough if your service staff isn’t trained to match it. Town Hall’s kitchen still delivers excellent dishes, but when the front-of-house is fumbling, it harms the overall experience and, ultimately, the restaurant’s reputation.
Sadly, we will not be returning, and we will no longer recommend this place to others. It’s a shame to see a long-time favorite let service quality slip to the point where it outweighs the food.

The Caesar salad is just a whole head of lettuce with salad dressing and bread crumbs dumped on top. Pretty underwhelming for $16. Service was great though.
