- RWRay WorthyAug 30, 20251.0This particular store has gone downhill Dramatically. I'm not sure what's going on. If it's because they have just younger people there or what. Today, and yesterday I had cravings for a sub. Yesterday Friday I ordered a sub. They did not have any lettuce, so they substituted Spinach, which I absolutely hate. By the time I got there, the lettuce had come in on the truck. So she gave me a little bag of it, and I took it home, took the spinach off and put lettuce on instead. Tonight, I had another craving for a sub, But this time, I put no substitutions, I go there to pick it up. I find that my order is canceled because they didn't have and the bread i ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous. Subway sandwich shop does not have bread!! Instead of canceling the order. He should have just waited until I got there. And then informed me, we didn't have that type of bread, but we have another kind, would you like that?
