  This particular store has gone downhill Dramatically. I'm not sure what's going on. If it's because they have just younger people there or what. Today, and yesterday I had cravings for a sub. Yesterday Friday I ordered a sub. They did not have any lettuce, so they substituted Spinach, which I absolutely hate. By the time I got there, the lettuce had come in on the truck. So she gave me a little bag of it, and I took it home, took the spinach off and put lettuce on instead. Tonight, I had another craving for a sub, But this time, I put no substitutions, I go there to pick it up. I find that my order is canceled because they didn't have and the bread i ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous. Subway sandwich shop does not have bread!! Instead of canceling the order. He should have just waited until I got there. And then informed me, we didn't have that type of bread, but we have another kind, would you like that?

  My order has been wrong the last 3 times I went. They don’t follow directions. Hire a more mature staff, I understand the high school is across the street so do better employee training. It’s awful. Just watch them make it, don’t call in. And ask them to hold the attitude...

  Looks nice inside but the service is not so nice. I never had such a hard time getting my sub the way I WANTED. Every time I asked for something they told me I couldn't have it that way. 🤔

  I used to eat here 3 days a week when I was on a diet. Great service, just they always go light on the salad so don't expect a grand size salad.
