- SSSaelie Stars2 days ago2.0Waited in line for 20 minutes. Ordered a grilled cheese. That’s it had to repeat the order 4 times and I get to the window the lady says just a grilled cheese. I say yes ma’am and she proceeded to give me a hamburger no cheese. I told her I’m sorry I ordered a grilled cheese and she was like yeah and closed the window. Apparently employees don’t know their menu items she charged my card for a cheese burger. Not a grilled cheese and proceeded to say the burger was in fact a grill cheese. I recommend training employees properly before letting them take orders alone.

And the worst part is, I try to call to complain.And apparently they continue to hang up the phone.I don't know what kind of management is running this store , i could deal with burn food or I may not like the flavor or something, but to literally fine human hair is too disgusting. If any of you are good experience with this food with more power to you. But myself personally. There is no way I'll be returning to this fast food the funny part is it, the cashier, they're ring me up was very nice and professional.

They didn’t say anything when I ordered the drinks, so i payed as usual which went fine. When our drinks came out I get my milkshake but the server/waiter tells me that their sprite isn’t working properly and asked if i wanted anything else, so I just got a sweet tea. We start to leave, there’s NO sugar at all in the tea, it tasted pretty much like straight water, not even tea, we literally had to just dump it right after leaving so a WASTE OF MONEY!! THEN i go to eat my, what was supposed to be, cookie dough milkshake (that they didn’t even give me a spoon for), for there to be not a single piece of cookie dough even in it!!! So pretty much just straight wasted money at this location, & had to spend double what I was expecting because we went to another sonic in florence to get what I’d asked for. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I wasn’t even able to call the number posted on the website to ask for the refund I wanted for the items I couldn’t even consume!!!!!
