I say yes ma’am and she proceeded to give me a hamburger no cheese. I told her I’m sorry I ordered a grilled cheese and she was like yeah and closed the window. Apparently employees don’t know their menu items she charged my card for a cheese burger. Not a grilled cheese and proceeded to say the burger was in fact a grill cheese. I recommend training employees properly before letting them take orders alone.

And the worst part is, I try to call to complain.And apparently they continue to hang up the phone.I don't know what kind of management is running this store , i could deal with burn food or I may not like the flavor or something, but to literally fine human hair is too disgusting. If any of you are good experience with this food with more power to you. But myself personally. There is no way I'll be returning to this fast food the funny part is it, the cashier, they're ring me up was very nice and professional.
