As someone who has the Sips club and go to Panera a lot. This place was not on par with the rest of them. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon only to have them question if there was any bacon made. Really. A hour after opening and you dont have any bacon made.

This location was absolutely disgusting. Fingerprints all over the front door, filthy floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and bathrooms that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. On top of that, there was no hot water for tea, which is basic for a place like this. The food matched the environment: the grilled cheese was barely grilled, and the mac and cheese was cold. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here unless you are truly starving and have no other option. Management is clearly failing—if this were my store, I’d fire the manager without hesitation.

Food was the usual panera fare but we had to wait 40 mins from the time to order to receiving our food. Either the staff needs to be trained for longer before putting them into the line or additional staff needs to be added. 40 mins for the food arrive is too long especially as most of the patrons were likely traveling through the city on their road trips.

Rapid Pick up order was due at 12:30, waited 25 minutes in store, still no order even being prepared. Come to find out they are out of lettuce. We agree to have our salads made with arugula. Another 15 mins go by still no salad. We asked they said they also ran out of it, yet they didn’t bother to inform us. I placed the order 50 minutes before even getting to the restaurant, put a pick up time so it’d be quick since I was traveling. I understand a short delay but losing 40 minutes is insane. Time was totally wasted, no communication from the staff, no problem solving skills to at least communicate, offer an alternative or plain and simple cancel orders if they don’t have the main ingredient in that meal. We ended up having to cancel the order after losing 40 mins. If you are in a rush, DO NOT come here. It sucks it is one of the places with “healthier” options on the road, but not worth the poor communication.

Went there today and a young African American man that works there that had on a black hoodie with a pink graphic on the front and black hat turned to the back came in and went to the back smelled just like marijuana which was very disgusting working around food. Upon pulling up and parking beside a white Camaro he was getting out, the smell of marijuana blew out of the car which gave my elderly mother a headache. We won’t be back.
