She had to get an "adult" to use the bread slicer (totally understand). Once sliced, the "adult" cuts off both ends, leaving them on the counter. After slicing and packaging both Loaves, I asked about the ends and she was surprised I wanted them (I did pay for the whole loaf and love the ends). I guess South Carolinians don't eat bread ends? As a service industry, wouldn't it be better to let the customer decide whether or not they want the food they paid for? The food was great, front service not so much. Very disappointing and annoying.

Dirty dishes stacked high, none of the appliances such as the bagel slicer looks like it has been wiped down for a long time now. There are dirty table tops, and even an employee sleep in one of the booths. The kitchen floors are dirty too. This is a sad Panera bread to stop by, especially because Panera’s standards are high and the food they deliver is always good. It just seems like management at this location needs to step up taking care of housekeeping tasks.
