    I absolutely love the waitress we have taylor and I always feel so bad because I am very difficult with my black pepper allergy but I swear she is the best waitress, they definitely need the chefs to revisit cross contamination practices but I am very thankful for the manager and waitress. I definitely should've used my epipen but being pregnant and 2 months away i am scared to use it and go to the hospital so ill take my throat burning (thankfully didnt close up *update did end up swelling over night and very painful now 7am I am going to the dr. Just to get checked. They informed me that I should have definitely used it that the risk of use outweighs the risk of my reaction*) with knowing the chef got chewed out for using seasoned stake tongs to grab my lobster (shouldnt use beef tongs for seafood or for chicken or pork should use different tongs for each category could definitely harm people) thinking wiping it off was good enough. I know my allergy is rare and taylor and the manager always do so amazing to take care of us so I havent been visiting as much due to the possibility of this happening but I will definitely come back but probably after Im clear from pregnancy.

    My waiter was good. My sweet potato was burnt (picture) brought out another one and it was burnt. Triple trio was cold and onion bloom was burnt (probably need to change the grease) the manager's excuse was that they were "short staffed". That should never be an excuse for burnt food! Short staffed usually means longer wait time. Horrible!!!

    Had a great dinner! The steaks were cooked perfectly, the Bloomin’ Onion was delicious, and everything came out hot and fresh. Taylor was an amazing server friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. Paul, the manager, was also welcoming and professional. We’ll definitely be back!

    We visited Outback today and had an amazing experience. Taylor and Paul were great! Taylor is so good at what she does. So friendly, quick & on top of things the entire time. We will be back to this location for sure.

    Horrible service had to wait an hour to be seated. Then after ordering we ended up waiting almost an 1hr and 45mins and still was never brought our food. The people who came in and sat down after us had gotten there food before us. We got in touch with the manager Haley and told them to just pack up our food to go and that we wanted our money back since we already paid. Word of advice do not pay for your food before hand! Were missing food items, food is cold like its been sitting and they told us it could take 3 business days before getting our money back! Not to mention that it was my mom's birthday and the waiter was aware of it. I will not be eating here ever again and I will be letting everyone who asks about the service here how badly your service was!
