  My first impression of this restaurant was terrible. It took almost 30 minutes just to get asked do I want a water. We were there 2 hours before they started taking food orders and I asked for steak and they told me they didn’t have any but my nephew at the next table got a steak.I ordered Tuscan pasta and they told me 40 min wait but I got it an hour and 20 min later. My whole table had already got their food and had to go plates by the time I got my food. I ate last and was sad I had to watch my family eat and I was hungry and pregnant. I was furious. Then it felt like the club. If you like the club then you will like this place because it’s loud and full of young people. I’m 32 and pregnant at this restaurant with my husband. While we’re sitting there they started playing stripper videos and girls shaking their tales in thongs on the big screen. It was very unprofessional because everyone doesn’t want to see all that. One of the waitresses had a real bad attitude. It was just the worst experience I’ve had a restaurant in a very long time and will never go back.

  My co workers and visited this atablishment first off the young lady at the door was extremely rude nasty she sat and look at us as if we where bothering her she finally walked over looked at us no hey how are y'all doing nothing just stood there I then asked her for waters to start she replied that it with a attitude we never ordered we left because if you're going be the one attending to my food and drinks I don't need attitude because that means you don't care.i say all this to say if you're running a business you're first impression is the best impression and we are not impressed.

  My husband and I had reservations for Valentines Night. We got there had to circle around for a park to which we ended up parking across the street. Once we finally got in the hostess sat us down and that was it. We waited 35 minutes before I tried to get the attention of two of the waitress who completely ignored me. There was a party of four who were seated after us that got served but my husband and I received nothing. I even tried to get the attention of the hostess but seemed to be ignored purposely. After 45 minutes we just up and left. Needless to say when asked about our evening I told my experience and quite a few of our associates have decided not to try that establishment as for us we won’t be returning either.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had. Decided to enjoy a night out with friends at the Galentines event. The food was absolutely terrible! From the looks of everyone’s face in there that ordered food and drinks, everyone looked disgusted. I ordered salmon bites and fries. The salmon ($15) was terribly salty and the fries ($4) were mediocre with a bunch of parsley on it. When I asked the waitress if I could exchange it for something else, I was told all sales are final once they hit the table, and if I ordered anything else I would still have to pay for those salty salmon bites plus anything else. As I went to the bathroom, I observed one of the kitchen staff rolling up a blunt, which explains why the food was the way it was. I also observed multiple waitresses standing around the bar with phones in their hands. I understand there wasn’t a lot of business but it looked very unprofessional to see staff just standing around. Even more disappointing to be charge gratuity for a table of only 5 for a terrible experience. Please do better.

  Went during brunch with a group of my girlfriends. The drinks were great, the server was great, but the food was not the best. The wings for my appetizer and the Old Faithful brunch platter. The wings were so hard and dry. The only thing I enjoyed on the Old Faithful platter was the grits. My friend ordered fries and they were absolutely disgusting. I don't understand how you can mess up fries. It was cold and had a weird taste like maybe they were old, freezer brunt, or air fried instead of being dropped in grease. She sent them back and they just reheat it and it still tasted the same. Just hot but inside was horrible. They wouldn't take it off for her when she told them to take it back. I don't want to say the restaurant was having a bad day because it wasn't even pack. It was beautiful however and the ambiance was there. They just need to work on getting better cooks. The food is too expensive not to be A1.
