I repeated my order multiple times at the drive-thru and even confirmed again at the counter that I’m allergic to red meat and did not want any sausage. Despite that, when I opened my order, I found a beef or ham patty in my sandwich. When I went back to request a refund, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers.

When they handed me the milkshake it was half vanilla and half chocolate. when I asked if they could please mix it up a little more the young girl said they couldn't because that's how it comes off the machine. I have had other McDonald's locations remix it for me with no issue. Just does not want to put the effort to give a quality product
