I order and happy melon they spilled all the fries in there and all of the chicken nuggets were in there, but they were filled and I’m like wow this is crappy

We got mcgriddle with sausage but instead they gave us muffins and sausage was dripping with grease, they need to make customers are getting the right orders and they repeat the orders back,the food was disgusting

This McDonald's is the absolute worst in Florence.....cause fast food ain't here....it's always pull up and wait.....17 minutes wait for a hot cakes breakfast....there's no excuse for this.....

Worst McDonald’s yet. At least 15 people working took 15 minutes to get a Mc chicken made. A lady asked at least 10 times to get it made along with many other things to be made. A lot of people there in uniform only 2 ladies really working

Been going to this mcdonald’s for a while, and I can’t say i’ve ever had a good experience. I understand that they’re busy, which is why i’ll never get upset about the wait times. They’re doing their best with that, and i know to expect a wait when i come here. For that reason, we usually place online orders. After waiting in line for twenty minutes, we roll up to the speaker only to be told that we can only pick up two orders at a time. we had three, meaning we had to get back in line just to pick up our last order. I always place online orders, and i have never been told that. I understand placing multiple online orders is odd, but we’re broke college students. We did this not even two weeks ago at the same location with no issue. Not only that, they were incredibly rude to us when we asked for clarification. To have to go through all of that, plus them being insanely rude again at the window, just to have food missing and being told there’s “nothing they can do”. Is pretty upsetting. I understand you’re busy, but we had to pay for things we’re consistently not getting. I’d be a lot more understanding if they weren’t incredibly rude everytime.
