Couldn't even order food. If you are trying to go to this mcdonalds at night dont waste your time. They take forever to take your order and forever to get the food. Its suppose to be fast food and its not at all. Idk what the issue is but its horrible

walked inside because the drive-thru was long. lots of yelling and screaming going on between an elderly woman who works there and some of the other employees. lots of other employees arguing with each other. in the back. The elderly woman who works there was nasty to multiple other employees. One of the employees children running around the lobby making a mess everywhere. what a nightmare. The young lady who took my order was very nice, but it was obviously taking abuse from the older lady who worked there. Management really needs to step in here, especially with the employees children running all over the store.

We've been waiting 50 minutes so far. I can't review the food because we haven't even ordered. I have no idea how this one stays opened. One time we came in during breakfast hours and they were literally giving away free food for a 5 star review online.... and their rating is still terrible.

I go to this location quite a bit . Yesterday I ordered a free frappè on the mobile app took the 4500 points but when I got to the restaurant the guy in the window told me the machine is down that I cant get the frappè. Okay cool, so I ordered food as I do every morning when I got to the window I was asked if I had a mobile order but before I could get another word out my mouth the window was shut in my face . Once I got his attention and attempted to explain the situation and he didnt hear a word that I said and I had to clarify it countless times . Severe incompetence. Was extremely rude and had nothing but an attitude the whole time that could of easily been avoided had he actually listened to what I was trying to say instead of just closing the window in my face and walking away . Manager has the recite and the time stamps on it . The points was never added back to the mobile app when I was told I "couldnt" get it yesterday. If there is gonna be that level of incompetence he does not need to be in the window . And when I pulled up to the window he was standing there scratching his head with no gloves on and proceeded to make my drinks with unwashed hands . Utterly appalled at the horrible experience.
