A lady tried to come up and aske her questions about product and she corrected her VERY POLITELY to hold a moment she was in the middle of helping me ..

Said open 24 hours drove up they said no more doordash orders and that was it my order wasn't taken 👎 waited and nothing so we left

Why is this mcdonald's taken orders at the second drive through window for? I sat in line for over 55 min waiting for my order! Cars were beeping there horns in the line of cars wrapped around the mcdonald's building? What is happening to fast food today? AI hurry up! Lots of cars just driving off because of the long long long wait time!

I placed a mobile order at 10:12 am this morning after pulling into this McDonald's location parking lot. There were several cars in line, which was fine at first because my child wanted McDonald's. I ordered a mcgriddle, that's the only item I ordered. I sat in the drive thru line until 10:42, that's what time I made it to the speaker box because the line was so long.The order taker proceeded to tell me that my order was cancelled because it was after 10:30am; Mind you, I sat in line for thirty minutes. The order taker told me that it was not her problem and that my money was refunded back to my card because breakfast was over. Clearly I ordered my food before breakfast was over. I pulled out of line and went inside to speak to the manager, the manager didn't care. The manager said after you place a mobile order that they don't start making the food until you make it to the speaker box anyway, so if you do not make it to the speaker box before breakfast is over at 10:30 it doesn't matter what you order, you won't get it. The manager said I could order a lunch menu item in place of my regular order. The manager did not order an apology and was very rude. I have contacted corporate and I will also be contacting the general manager. This is the worst McDonald's in Florence and I highly do not recommend. The managers or employees do not care about customer and their customer service is trash. If the service here was not as slow as it is, I wouldn't had my food by 10:30. But the employees here move slow as snails obviously. This McDonald's location should be considered slow food, not fast food. If I could give no stars I would.

I am a very patient person when it comes to fast food workers because I have been in their shoes. But this is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
I went through the drive thru and already had my code pulled up before I got to the speaker. They asked if I was using the mobile app and I said yes and gave them my code for $8.99 20 piece & 2 large fries. She told me to go ahead and order, which I did. Then she proceeded to tell me that my code was invalid, but my mobile app said she got the code and wouldn't let me give her another one. She proceeded to be very rude and I told her to just forget it because at this point, about 7 cars went through the other lane. When I get up for the window, she asked if the order was for someone who wasn't my name. I said no and she said the order had Big Macs (which I did not order). After going back and forth, turns out it was my order but she kept adding extra things to the order. At this point I'm absolutely livid. I get to the second window, get half my food and I have to remind them of several things. The food was cold when I finally got it and at that point I was like "I'm never going to this McDonald's again." My husband went inside to get sauce and salt because they forgot and he told me that there were several people inside complaining about their drive thru orders that were messed up. That solidified the fact that I will not be going to this one anymore!!!
