    I’m writing to share feedback about a recurring experience at this Krispy Kreme location. The concern involves the older African-American lady who regularly runs the drive-through and takes orders over the intercom. I don’t know her name, but she is there often. I visit this location frequently, several times a week, especially Sunday mornings before church, and I’m always polite and respectful. My girlfriend also visits regularly and is consistently kind. On one occasion, she even tipped $20, yet the interactions have continued to feel abrupt and unfriendly. We truly enjoy this location and appreciate the convenience, which is why we keep coming back. However, the repeated tone and lack of basic courtesy during these interactions have been discouraging. We’re not expecting special treatment, just a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the Krispy Kreme brand. I’m sharing this in hopes that it can be addressed constructively. A more pleasant and courteous approach would go a long way in making this location an enjoyable stop for regular customers.
