I just went in there and bought a dozen assorted and the young lady had a terrible attitude. I asked her if she was having a bad day and her reply was nah I’m straight. If you don’t like your job stay home and don’t take it out on people. The public comes in and spends their hard earned money which in return pays the bills for Krispy Kreme. I’ve been going in there for years. Never experienced this. Doughnuts are always great and service usually is on spot. Order taker host 209

Walked in and got a dozen glazed doughnuts but they were ice cold. I also asked about getting a dozen cinnamon twists and was told we dont make orders like that what we have is what we sell if its not already cooked unless you want to wait an hour. I was not impressed by customer service either . Wish I could get my money back from the wheel experience.

Not giving correct change back. Due to penny shortage I guess. . Only issue is they don't tell you this. When paying. Those pennies not given back will add up. For them anyways it will. Just think about it. If you are going to do this. Tell the customer ahead of time.
