The lady taking orders got the person in front of us and then walked off and started helping the lady at the drive thru and acted like she’d didn’t acknowledge us for like 10 mins then when she came back my friend asked if they had any of their valentines donuts because they were taking stuff out at the back and she answered no what is up here is all we have with the nastiest attitude. Then I asked her about a coupon that was on the app and she told me no we are not accepting those once again with the nastiest attitude so I said I’m not ordering anything to my friend and walked out. My friend said as I was walking out she was mumbling things under her breath. Mind you this is a donut shop and they were out of literally all of their donuts and we were never rude to them. They were unprofessional, under stocked, rude and the place was nasty.
