Instead we got here and no one was there to serve. We drove around the block and no cars. We tried calling the store later and the woman who answered said she was in drive thru which did not sound true. She expected us to know we had to drive through even when we selected in store pickup. It was rude, arrogant and terrible customer service. We did not get our coffee which we paid for and she did not cooperate with us on getting a refund. If I could I would give 0 stars. Here are pictures with proof that no one was in or around the store.
- ___Nov 22, 20255.0Such a wonderful experience to go with a perfectly made Caramel Macchiato. Although we did not go inside, the drive through was quick, and easy! The coffee is done right here. My place to stop in Florence SC before a long drive to DC.
