Called to let them know that I received a completely wrong pizza and was told by the manager there was nothing they could do unless I bring the wrong pizza in…I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. She just kept repeating “it’s company policy there’s nothing I can do for you if you don’t bring it in”. Very very rude. I continued to plead my case that I paid for something and did not receive it but yet I’m being forced to come to you all. She eventually said my phone number would secure me a free pizza next time I place an order online…I tried to test what she was telling me after our conversation and what do ya know…she was lying. These people are the worst, customer service is common sense and if you lack one you lack the other. Decent humans don’t exist anymore.

Don't bother ordering online, I did with a 12 hour notice, got confirmation that my pizzas were being made and also a message saying they were ready. when i arrived, they have not even started making them! I had to wait over 20 minutes and then they only had one to give me as they gave my other one to another customer. They wanted me to wait longer for them to cook another, I said no just make it and deliver it to me. They replied, we will and it will be right away. 4 hours later (seriously, not a joke or exaggeration) they delivered my pizza Totally incompetent people working here poor poor customer service
