I’m really disappointed and feel disrespected receiving food like this, especially after spending around $20. The food is terrible—the rice is so dry it crunches in your teeth, and almost every bite of chicken has fatty pieces that you can’t even chew. The salad even came out discolored and almost black. I won’t suggest you to make uber pickups order from this place

The food, however, is always really delicious and fresh. Was in line a few weeks ago and there was a legit loud argument between a customer and whoever was doing the online pickup (idk who was in the wrong but it was so uncomfortable). I also wouldn't recommend getting this location doordashed. I've done doordash here three times in the past and all three times they gave me the wrong one.

They seemed to be understaffed so I feared the worst. Despite the inadequate staffing, each employee knew exactly what they needed to do to get the orders filled. They did a fantastic job filling my order, which was only 10 or so minutes late. (I've had an order at a DIFFERENT Chipotle delayed by well over an hour despite fewer customers and much better staffing.)
