    i LOVE this place i eat here almost everyday its THAT GOOD everything is good although sometimes when i order the workers be rushing me and almost messes up my order but its okay i guess but the food is delicious

    I ordered two steak burritos. when I got my order and got all the way home, bit into one and realized it was made with chicken. Mind you not one person told me steak ran out, no one asked me if I wanted to substitute or anything. Just gave me something completely wrong with no kind of explanation. And I ordered ahead on the app so there was plenty of time to let me know what was wrong or tell me what was available. Also chicken is cheaper than steak on the menu sooooo please get it together cause this isn’t the first time this has happened!!

    The fact that yall always only have one person on the line AT NIGHT is crazy! It’s like this location gets slower and slower every time I come. Then the fact that she was struggling and the cashier just watched her is even crazier!! Where is the team work to get down the long lines??

    Went here twice, hoping the second time would be better and it was worse. The first time was a Monday evening and I ordered online - turns out there were no fajita veggies (see photo) and I would have gotten something else had I known. Unclear why it didn’t have them marked as unavailable online. The second time was a Thursday evening, also online ordering. I ordered the same order as before, tacos on the corn shell. They gave me flour tortillas which unfortunately I am not able to eat. What a waste. You shouldn’t have to check your order every time before you leave the store. Won’t be coming back here. Edited: Chipotle wouldn’t refund my second order and gave me a reward to make me come back instead. I tried a third time and alas, they still couldn’t follow the order for three corn tortillas. Had my credit card provider refund me instead. Unclear why this place is so bad.
