As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

.Visit on December 2 at approximately 8:41 PM.
Ordered from this Checkers and received food that looked old, poorly assembled, and honestly made me feel nauseous just looking at it. The bun was soaked, the cheese appeared overcooked and separated, and the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. I did not feel comfortable eating it and haven’t been back since. Posting with a photo so others can make an informed decision.

Sat in the drive-thru window for almost 25 minutes to get a wing combo meal. The window people moved very slow and the food was not hot as it could’ve been.

Food was great even though they make their burgers smaller now. My boyfriend and I thought that was disappointing because we always remembered them being bigger years ago. Didn't care for the robotic order taker because it took it a few times to understand my order.
The younger guy at the window was sluggish and didn't understand what we said after repeating it 5 times.

Had to wait about 25 minutes to get served even put in my order. Nobody had the right clothes on. They just have regular clothes no uniform they were just sticking the cups in the ice without using the scoop. What’s going on with fast food these days?

I have Never had Checkers before, so when my daughter had an appointment that took us right by it I decided to give it a try. Never being there I didnt know where to start but the young man taking order was very helpful and the food was delicious!
