  Visited BWW and experience was not good. The service was okay. The food is the main issue. The food is overly salty and made my family and I miserable and gave us headaches. Do not go here. There was at least 3 dirty tables, one which was near a wall plastered with mayonnaise. My family and I will not visit BWW ever again. First and last time.

  the food was good and very fast. yasmine was so sweet and the new manager i think her name is shana truly cares and is very attentive.

  Sunday afternoon. Out of 3 of 5 things we wanted. Table was sticky. Napkins and food all over the floor. Screaming kids running from table to table. Server was nice and apologetic but we left hungry.

  Waited for 10 minutes to be seated. Was 3 groups waiting. Workers kept walking by and no one said a word. Group in front of us, tired of waiting sat themselves. Finally seated and took over 10 minutes to get drink order. We should have just left. The restaurant at 6pm on a Saturday with only a few tables. Terrible service.

  My visit here is because I wanted to see what the reviews say is true. I can say for seeing for myself some of these reviews is a lie! So if you people come and go to restaurants to eat and you get attention with these people that have to serve you all. I just left Buffalo Wild Wings 11/4/2025 and I was greeted by the GM Chyna with a heart fully welcome from the door. I sat at the bar area because I needed a drink and some BOGO wings! My service was great until this Boogy couple sat at the bar with her date or whoever and had this stuck up attitude from the jump. Side note we have to talk to people with respect and we have to remember this is someone child or parent you are speaking to so you can’t say you want respect when you are not giving it. She was rude from the gate and act like she was that girl if it was me today would have been my last day lol. She asked for a salad and I am guessing that she didn’t want dressing or something on it and it came out wrong in which mistake happen and we have to understand that and get over it it’s nothing to turn up about. So the first manager male come to speak to her about the food and the rudeness she gave was totally unacceptable. So the other manager comes up to try to apologize about the issue and she gets smart with her. From the inside front and center it could not have been me because I would have went off on here just like she came at that managers. I said that to say we had to be very careful when we going to restaurants to eat and what we say to these people. We never know what kinda day that person is having and they might flip out right back on us because we think that customer is always right but we don’t know what they are capable of. I say this with respect that lady was wrong but Chyna handle it well with a smile on her face. I hope who ever her boss is read this and know she stood on what she knew. Pat
