  The food came out really late and the warmest thing on the plate was microwaved Mac n cheese. We ordered Nashville chicken, desert hot rub chicken and burgers. Our wings came out almost cold room temperature and hard outsides the sauce looked dark and old not sure if we even got the right sauce. The waitress let us know there was no chicken tenders no problem, we ordered burgers with buns we even asked what type of buns the burgers had in the picture in the menu But when it was time to receive our food the burgers came out on Texas toast and smashed beef instead of regular Pattie’s, why not just say there’s no ingredients for the meal. Was excited to celebrate a special week with a nice late night meal at the only place open but I dont think they have reason to be open so late the kitchen and waiter communication is not ready to serve this late. There wasn’t even any one else in the restaurant barely for the food to be served like this.

  Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was basically empty. There were 6 other patrons. Waited at the door for 15 minutes before being seated. Once we finally were, we were told they only had one server on duty and it would be a minute. It wasn’t. It was 25 minutes. Still no server so we walked out. Hate to say it but Burger King has better customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  I did a moble order for 2 15pc wings, 3 flavors each. The wings were so dry but seasoned well. They were fried too hard and I had a rough time chewing them. This is the 2nd time I've had this experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. Couldn't take them back because my car was down I even tipped and still didn't experience good quality food, I spent $49.56 today. Last time for me.

  Came in for Labor Day weekend for the game the staff wasn’t helpful the food was wrong and cold, we ordered drinks and one beer came half empty. The waitress was very nice and tried to help but the manager wasn’t doing their job properly. The manager was very unprofessional and rude constantly arguing with us. I contacted corporate and submitted a claim. I wasn’t going to make this post but because it’s been almost 4 months and no word from corporate because they are “investigating” I have to leave this review. Would not recommend.

  I went about a month ago to grab a bite and watch the game , came in sat down and wasn't even acknowledged by a waiter or waitress, the place was full of drunk obnoxious football fans who are the regulars... I waited patiently watching the game for 25 minutes and I still wasn't acknowledged even as numerous waitresses walked past my table with a tray full of beers she was serving to the table beside me... I had to hail a waitress like a taxi only to be told she'd be with me in a few,but that few never came..i got up and walked out..its been over two years since I've been to this place because of this exact experience,but I thought they might have gotten better over the years..i see nothing has changed the past two years, Florence BWW is the absolute worst...
