Customer service wasn't nice only two cars in drive thru but person taking the oder had short patience attitude was not pleasant when question about prices. There better attitude among the employees laughing and talking than with the Customer

I went through the drive thru tonight and placed my order for a family of 5. When I arrived at the pick-up window, an employee and her manager instantly scolded me for ordering “too much food”. I was openly fat shamed in front of a nearby audience and it embarrassed me beyond belief. The workers then exchanged bags of food with me back and forth through the window because they kept giving me the wrong order. The entire process felt extremely unsanitary. If they were so comfortable passing my food into stranger’s hands and then back into their kitchen, then what does that say about the safety and cleanliness of my own food once I receive it?
I’m just disappointed with my experience. I think there’s better way to treat people in this kind of situation. For example, I would have happily pulled forward into a parking space if the order seemed too large for them to complete in a timely manner. But instead, I was ridiculed and given handfuls of other peoples’ food to appease their unnecessary frustration. I hope to see healthier communication and food handling skills in future visits.

It was busy so something must bring people here however I was not pleased with my meal. My husband's supremes box was full of a broken biscuit and broken fries like they threw it all in and shook the box up. Not appetizing and a total mess. My bacon was burnt to a crisp. So bad that it hurt my teeth to bite it and just ruined the taste of the biscuit sandwich that id ordered.
