  had a doordash pickup, it was my personal order the lady at the drive thru rudely told me next time to walk in and my order was wrong anyway. Nasty attitude and you got the food wrong lol pick a struggle cant have both

  Make sure when you go to this Dunkin donuts if you go through the drive-thru and pay with a debit or credit card that you check your receipt. I just made an order and the girl told me it was $11 and some change, I just happened to glance at my receipt and saw that I got charged almost $15. Turns out she slipped in a little tip for herself when she took my card and ran it at the register. Normally I don't mind tipping if I'm asked or prompted by the machine, but don't take my card and put a tip in without asking. Kind of makes me wonder how many people have been in her drive-thru today that she's charged a tip for herself to and they just drove off without noticing. I bought it up to another employee and I did end up getting my tip back. Be very careful and check your receipts. When confronted, the employee said that she "accidentally" hit the tip button.

  I work nights at a hospital. And I always come to this dunkin to get my food and drink before hand. Without a doubt the nicest people I have met and always treat me kindly. There’s a tall gentleman who always gets my refresher ready and there’s a blonde lady who always gets my food ready. Without a doubt the nicest most comfortable place to start my day before a night shift. Will continue to come only to this dunkin. I even live out in timmonsville and choose to make the drive here every shift. :)

  On December 10th, me and my sister went to this dunkin' location to get two lattes. they were made quickly, but my sister’s order was made incorrectly. when the problem was addressed, the man serving us, a young black man, told the woman who was making the drinks that it was wrong. she began yelling and dropping the f-word and other vulgar language not to him, but at him. he was very very kind and a seemingly good worker. after waiting another 10 minutes for the order to be fixed, she refused to make it, so he then had to drop what he was doing to make it. he handled the situation very professionally and kindly and apologized many times for the inconvenience. the woman in question was a white woman with blonde hair. the only reason this review is not a one star is because i don't want this one worker to ruin the reputation of a location that has many people working a shift together to get what needs to be done, done.
