  First, let me start by saying I have ordered food from here a number of times and it is turned out great every time. That’s not the problem. At least not mine. The problem is with the service. I called ahead of time to make sure that I could use my Domino’s rewards (shows I happily eat there a lot) once I arrived in person. The rep on the phone told me that was not a problem. I placed the order and then drove to the store. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the young lady told me she was not sure if I could pay with rewards so she asked the manager. The manager looked at me and said that you can only do it online. I politely told the manager that I had drove across town and this was the WHOLE REASON I came is because of the free pizza that I earned. He looked away, and just simply repeated himself, “you can only redeem them online.” OK, it’s really not about the pizza at this point. What it’s about is someone simply not caring about their customer at all. There wasn’t the slightest bit of empathy or care in this man’s demeanor. It’s not the pizza it’s the principal of the matter. I could care less about the pizza. What I cannot stand is when a business could care less about their customer’s time and experience. There was no attempt to make it right or work with me in any way. He just threw policy in my face and basically told me to pay for it or piss off. Which again I would have no problem paying for the pizza, but Domino’s is the one that gave me bad info to begin with, and then gave me a smug attitude and said GET LOST! Loyal customers deserve better treatment than this. And as a caution to everyone else, if you dare try to redeem the points that you earned, be sure you do it online or in the app. Just in case you want to know Mr. Franchise Owner, this happened on April 10, 2026 at 7:30 PM.

  The store I ordered from was literally 6mins from my house but because of my inability to drive I ordered delivery. Placed my order at 7:30…..7:46 it was ready and quality check was made…..I had to call the store to check on the order and delivery was made an hr later…..pizza was stone cold.

  I ordered food on Wed Jan 28th. Waited forever but thats understandable bc they were busy. I just got home to eat and the chicken bites and pizza are way over cooked and dry. The pizza was also not sliced so every piece tears bc apparently it wasn't cut right not good quality at all.

  I love the new Ai! (I think it’s AI) it was so funny and I joked! I love the food so much!! Makes me feel warm and happy! (Yummy yummy yummy🥳) thinking about the food makes me so happy! Thank you!!!!
